Your card is only charged after your neighbor uploads a photo confirming your package has been safely picked up. There is no pre-authorization or hold — you pay on successful completion only.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Irivo never stores your full card number — only a secure token provided by Stripe.
If your request isn't fulfilled, you're not charged. You can cancel an open or accepted request from your dashboard. For completed pickups you have a concern about, use the dispute option within 72 hours.
Neighbors earn 45–50% of the base pickup price depending on their monthly completion tier. Starter neighbors (1–10/month) earn 45%, Trusted (11–20/month) earn 48%, and Elite (21+/month) earn 50%. Payouts are issued weekly.
Once a request is accepted by a neighbor, the speed level is locked in. If no neighbor has accepted yet, you can cancel and re-submit with a different speed.
